Large 12-Inch Dial Controls with Independent Cooking Zones

Each burner has its own large 12-inch dial control that is easy to grip and adjust even when wearing heat-resistant gloves. The oversized dial gives you precise flame adjustment without the fumbling that comes with small knobs on cheaper griddles. Independent cooking zones mean you can run one section at high heat for searing while keeping another on low for holding, and each zone responds to its own dial without affecting the others. Pre-heat time is approximately 15 minutes.

Welded Splash Guards and Front Stainless Steel Edge

Back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, not bolted on, which eliminates gaps where grease and food particles can collect and become a cleaning headache. The front stainless steel edge gives the operator a cool-to-touch surface to lean against while working the griddle. A 4.5 qt removable grease drawer with weep hole slides out from the front for easy emptying during service. Adjustable stainless steel non-skid feet keep the unit stable on any counter surface.
