Dual Safety Microswitches with Ribbed Belt Drive

The motor spins at 12,000 RPM through a ribbed belt that steps the blade speed down to 1,500 RPM, which provides the torque needed to shave through solid ice blocks while absorbing the impact loads that would wear out a direct-drive system. Anodized Aluminum and Stainless Steel Components
The feed throat is anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance, and the cutting components are stainless steel.
