Two Full-Access Drawers with Magnetic Gaskets

Each drawer holds two full-size GN pans (12" x 20" x 4") plus three 1/6 GN pans, giving you flexible storage for proteins, prepped vegetables, sauces, and garnishes right at your station. The removable magnetic gaskets seal tight to maintain the 33°F to 40°F temperature range and pop off easily for cleaning. Unlike compression gaskets that trap food particles and degrade over time, magnetic gaskets lay flat and wipe clean in seconds.

The digital temperature controller keeps the cabinet steady within the safe holding range, and the forced air cooling system with automatic defrost prevents ice buildup.
