The Omcan SE-CN-0095 is an automatic drink sealing machine that heat-seals film lids onto 3.74 in. (3.7 inch) diameter cups. It works with PP, PE, PET, paper, PLA, and aluminum cups, making it versatile enough for bubble tea shops, juice bars, smoothie operations, and any beverage service that needs tamper-proof sealed drinks for takeout or delivery. An extra ring for sealing 3.54 in. (3.5 inch) cups is included, so you can switch between two common cup sizes without purchasing additional tooling.
Adjustable Sealing Temperature for Multiple Cup Materials
Different cup materials require different sealing temperatures to create a proper seal without melting or deforming the cup. PP and paper cups seal at around 170-180°C, PET cups need 185-195°C, PE cups run at about 347°F, PLA cups seal at a lower 120-238°F, and aluminum cups work in the 140-292°F range. The machine lets you adjust the sealing temperature to match your cup material, and the same-material film should be used for PE and PLA cups to ensure a clean, airtight bond. Getting this right means no leaks in the delivery bag and no customer complaints about drinks that open prematurely.
