The Prepline GP-5B Glass Polisher
The Prepline GP-5B is a five brush electric glass polisher for bars, restaurants, wineries, and banquet operations that hand-polish stemware coming out of the dish machine. Polishing glasses by hand with a towel is slow, inconsistent, and one of the most common ways stems get snapped. This machine polishes and dries up to 330 glasses per hour, which turns an hour of towel work before service into a few minutes at one station, and it does it without polishing liquid or chemicals of any kind.
Five Microfiber Brushes Turning at 230 RPM
Staff lower each glass over the spinning microfiber brushes, and the five brush layout reaches the bowl, the sides, and the rim in one motion. The brushes turn at 230 RPM, fast enough to lift water spots and streaks, gentle enough for thin-walled wine stems that would not survive a rushed towel twist. Glasses up to 3.5 inches in diameter fit over the brush cluster, which covers wine stems, coupes, rocks glasses, and most water glasses on a standard bar.
Heated Air Drying from 120°F to 400°F
A built-in blower pushes hot air up through the blow tube across a 120°F to 400°F range, so glasses come off the brushes dry as well as polished. Warm, fully dry glassware is what prevents the water spots from re-forming when a wet glass sits on a bar mat, and it means the glass goes straight from the machine to the shelf or the table. Since there is no polishing liquid involved, there is nothing to buy, refill, or rinse out of the glass afterward.
Built for the Back Bar
The stainless steel cabinet has built-in carry handles, rubber feet, and a simple on/off button, so it moves from the dish pit to a banquet setup without tools or training. It draws from a standard 120V outlet through a NEMA 5-15P plug, meaning any bar back can set it up next to the glass racks wherever the polishing bottleneck happens to be that night.
