The Prepline PIB183612-7CPT Underbar Ice Bin
The Prepline PIB183612-7CPT is an 36 inch wide underbar ice bin with a factory installed 7 circuit post-mix cold plate, built to anchor a soda gun station behind the bar. The bin holds 119 pounds of ice over the plate, so the same ice that fills glasses also chills every line of product running through the plate on its way to the gun. Bartenders pour colder drinks with better carbonation and never leave the well to do it.
7 Circuit Post-Mix Cold Plate
The cold plate at the bottom of the bin carries seven separate circuits, enough for a full post-mix soda setup with lines to spare. Product runs through the plate under the ice load and comes out at serving temperature, which protects carbonation and cuts foaming at the gun. Because the plate chills with the ice you already stock, there is no compressor to power, clean, or repair under the bar.
Heavy Duty 304 Stainless Steel Bin
The bin body is fabricated from heavy duty type 304 stainless steel, with an interior well measuring 35 by 15.2 inches and 12 inches deep. Type 304 takes the constant melt water, syrup drips, and sanitizer of bar service without corroding, and the deep well keeps a full shift of ice within a scoop's reach.
Polyurethane Foam Insulation
Polyurethane foam packed between the bin walls slows melt, so the ice you load at opening is still ice at last call instead of a drain full of expensive water. Slower melt also means the cold plate stays buried and effective through the whole service window, and the outer panels stay dry instead of sweating onto the floor.
Backsplash, Bottle Holders and Adjustable Legs
A built-in 3 inch backsplash protects the wall behind the well from scoop spray, and two included bottle holders hang speed bottles at the bartender's fingertips. The bin stands on legs with adjustable feet and cross bracing, so it sits level on an uneven bar floor and stays rigid when someone leans into a rush.
