The Prepline PPRS-12 Pre-Rinse Faucet
The Prepline PPRS-12 is a wall mounted pre-rinse assembly, sold on the spec sheet as model PPRS-W8-AF12, that puts a spray wand and a 12 inch swing spout faucet on one set of 8 inch centers over your dish sink. The pre-rinse wand blasts baked-on food off plates and pans before they hit the dish machine, and the swing spout below it fills compartments and rinses like a standard faucet, so a single wall connection covers both jobs at the dish station.
38 Inch Hose with Spray Valve
The flexible hose runs 38 inches, enough reach to chase a sheet pan across a three compartment sink or hose down the far corner of a soiled dish table without dragging the rack toward you. When you let go, the spring riser pulls the wand back up out of the bowls instead of leaving it buried under the next stack of dishes, which is what keeps a busy dish pit moving between loads.
1.15 GPM Spray for Lower Water Bills
The spray valve flows 1.15 gallons per minute. A dish station wand runs for hours across a dinner service, so flow rate is a direct line on your water and water-heating bill. At 1.15 GPM the spray still strips dried sauce because the pressure concentrates through a narrow pattern, but it moves far less hot water down the drain per shift than older full-flow rinse valves.
12 Inch Swing Spout Faucet Below the Riser
The included 12 inch swing faucet sits under the riser with a 14 inch overhang from the wall, positioned so the stream lands mid-bowl on a standard compartment sink. Swing it across the compartments to fill wash and rinse bays, then push it aside when the wand is doing the work. Dual handles mix hot and cold ahead of both the spout and the spray line.
Chrome-Plated Brass with a 12 Inch Wall Bracket
The main body is brass under a chrome plated finish with zinc alloy handles, the standard combination for hardware that lives in constant humidity and takes bumps from bus tubs. A 12 inch wall bracket ties the top of the riser back to the wall, bracing the assembly against the constant pull-and-release of wand use so the mounting joints do not work loose over months of service. The unit ships packaged at 25.6 by 13.2 by 2.3 inches and installs on standard 8 inch center supply connections.
