Four Side Tempered Glass Enclosure
Flat tempered glass panels enclose the display on all four sides, which is a meaningful step up from the open backed guards most buffet lines run. Nothing airborne reaches the pans from any direction, and heat from the bulbs stays inside the enclosure instead of drifting off into the dining room.
