Constant Direct-Heat Sealing with Cooling and Heating Blocks

The heating block brings the bag film to seal temperature and the cooling block sets the seal before the bag exits the conveyor, so the operator is not pulling a hot, still-relaxing seal that distorts on the way out. The seal bars are guarded from accidental contact at the entry and exit, and the conveyor has thermal overload protection so a jammed bag does not damage the motor.
