The Sealer Sales HL-M810I is a horizontal continuous band sealer with a 10mm seal width, integrated dry-ink coding station, and stainless steel construction. The motorized rubber conveyor runs at up to 630 inches per minute with constant direct-heat seal bars and paired cooling/heating blocks. This is the higher-speed alternative to the larger M1120LD models, sized for high-volume operations sealing standard poly bags.

Right-to-Left Feed Direction

The unit feeds right to left, which is the mirror layout of the standard configuration. The operator stands at the right side of the conveyor and finished bags exit on the left. Pick the feed direction that matches your line layout so the operator does not have to reach across the conveyor or walk around the unit between cycles.

10mm Seal Width with Solid-State Temperature Control

The 10mm seal width is the production standard for poly bag sealing - wide enough to give a strong, hermetic bond without needing heavy bars or extended dwell. A solid-state controller holds the bars at setpoint regardless of how many bags have run through, so the last bag of the shift looks identical to the first bag.

Constant Direct-Heat Sealing with Cooling and Heating Blocks

The seal bars run on constant direct heat, with a pair each of cooling and heating blocks behind them. The heating block brings the bag film to seal temperature and the cooling block sets the seal before the bag exits the conveyor, so the operator is not pulling a hot, still-relaxing seal that distorts on the way out. The solid-state temperature controller holds the bars at the set point regardless of how many bags have passed through, which is what stops the intermittent-leaker problem that takes most band sealers out of spec by mid-shift.

Motorized Rubber Conveyor with Variable Speed Control

The conveyor is a motorized rubber belt with variable speed control, so the operator can dial in the dwell time for the film gauge and bag profile being run. Knurled pressure rolls above the conveyor adjust independently so a heavy filled bag gets enough pressure on the seal bars while a light empty bag does not get crushed. The whole conveyor is fully adjustable, meaning both height and depth relative to the seal bars, so the operator can center the seal on any bag size from small portion packs up to the maximum bag the configuration handles.

Dry-Ink Coding Station on the Seal Line

An integrated dry-ink coding station prints lot or date code directly onto the seal line as the bag passes through. The typeset is changed by swapping the printing wheel, so the operator can switch codes for a new run without re-tooling. Common configurations use 18PT type for product code, expiration date, or batch lot. The ink reservoir holds enough ink for thousands of cycles before refill, and the print head can be disabled if the operator does not want coding on a particular run.

Stainless Steel Construction with Field-Service Spare Parts

The housing and major chassis components are stainless steel, which holds up to wipe-down cleaning, ambient moisture in food and beverage production rooms, and the day-in day-out vibration of continuous-band operation. The manufacturer ships a spare parts kit with every unit including PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuses, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, and tools. Most operators keep one PTFE belt and one wheel belt in a drawer next to the sealer because those are the wear items that turn over fastest.

An emergency stop button is wired into the front panel and shuts down the conveyor and seal bars in one push.
