The Sealer Sales SS-60LS Lazy Susan Turntable
The Sealer Sales SS-60LS is a 60" diameter Lazy Susan turntable used as a package accumulator at the discharge of an L-Bar sealer, shrink tunnel, conveyor, or other production line. The turntable rotates at variable speed so the operator can match its rotation to the production rate, and small or irregular packages that won't move on a roller or skate-wheel conveyor accumulate cleanly on the disc surface. Adjustable leveling bolts let the operator match the turntable height to the discharge of the upstream equipment.
Variable Speed Drive
The 0 to 10 RPM variable speed drive lets the operator dial in the rotation rate to match the production line. Faster for high-throughput lines that need quick disc clearance; slower for hand-pack operations where the disc serves as a staging area.
Adjustable Height, 29" to 35"
Adjustable leveling bolts give a 29 to 35 inch height range so the turntable matches the discharge height of typical L-Bar sealers, conveyors, and shrink tunnel exits in the SS-Series line.
Powder-Coated Standard Finish
Powder-coated frame stands up to dry packaging environments. A stainless steel finish is available for washdown and food production lines.
60" Diameter, 4" Rim Depth
The disc surface is 60" across with a 4" retaining rim so packages stay on the disc as it rotates. Max load is 250 lbs.
110V Standard Outlet
Plugs into any standard 110V outlet, no special electrical work required.
