The Sealer Sales TISA-602 is an automatic impulse sealer with a 24 inch seal length, 2mm seal width, and three separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time. Dual-mode operation lets the operator switch between fully automatic cycle and manual foot-pedal triggering, and an electric foot switch and worktable are included.

Automatic Impulse Sealing with Electronic Control

Set the control to automatic and the unit cycles continuously: sealing time, congealing (cooling) time, and recycle time (automatic jaw open/close) all run on independent settings. The operator inserts material, the jaw closes and seals, the seal cools, and the jaw opens automatically. The operator's job becomes purely loading and offloading rather than triggering.

Three Separate Control Settings for Consistent Seals

The three controls (sealing time, congealing time, recycle time) let the operator tune the cycle independently for the bag material being run. Sealing time controls heat dwell; congealing time gives the seal enough cooling to set before the jaw opens; recycle time controls how fast the next cycle begins. Tuning all three for the film gauge produces seal-to-seal consistency that single-timer sealers cannot match.

Dual Mode: Automatic or Manual Operation

The same unit operates in fully automatic mode (continuous cycle) or manual mode (operator-triggered via foot pedal). Auto mode is for production runs where the throughput rate is the bottleneck; manual mode is for batch or small-run work where the operator needs to inspect each bag before sealing.

Foot Switch Frees Both Hands

An electric foot switch is included for manual mode, which keeps both of the operator's hands on the bag during loading. In auto mode the foot switch is optional. Either mode benefits from hands-free triggering compared to a hand-button sealer.

24 inch Seal Length x 2mm Seal Width

The 24 inch seal accepts bags up to that width in a single pass. The 2mm seal width is the narrower configuration suited to lighter-gauge films and faster cycles.

Includes Worktable and Replacement Kit

The unit ships with an included worktable that supports the bag as the operator positions it for the seal. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 heating elements, which is typically enough wear-part inventory for a year of normal production use.
