The Sealer Sales TISH-100 is a compact 4 inch impulse hand sealer with a 2mm seal width. Designed for low to medium volume sealing at a bench workstation or for portable use. The plug-in electronic timer gives variable heat-cycle control, all-metal construction handles daily use, and the unit needs no warm-up time before sealing.
Impulse Sealing with No Warm-Up Time
Impulse sealing heats the seal wire briefly during each cycle. The operator can pick up the unit, plug it in, and seal the first bag within seconds; there is no waiting for the seal bars to come up to temperature. Power consumption stays low because the heating element only draws current during the cycle itself.
2mm Seal Width on 4 inch Seal Length
The 4 inch seal length suits small to medium poly bags up to that width. The 2mm seal width is the standard configuration for general-purpose bag sealing on lighter film gauges.
Plug-In Electronic Timer for Variable Control
The plug-in electronic timer gives the operator variable control over heat-cycle duration. The operator dials in the dwell for the bag film being run; the same setting holds across the production batch until the film changes.
Hand-Operated for Bench or Portable Use
The unit is a hand sealer rather than a foot-operated sealer, which makes it portable enough to move between work areas or take into the field. Use at a bench for fixed sealing work, or carry to wherever the bag needs to be closed.
Round Wire Available for Seal-and-Cut Applications
A round wire option is available (in addition to the standard flat wire) for seal-and-cut applications. The round wire trims excess bag material above the seal line in the same cycle, which is the configuration typically used for shrink wrapping where the excess film needs to be removed before the package goes to the heat tunnel.
