The wide bowl takes long pans flat while the board gives clean ware a place to drip-dry, so a single worker can run a full wash-rinse-stack cycle without leaving the station. It suits prep areas that handle sheet pans and long utensils all shift.
Wide Bowl, Built-In Drying Space
The 18 by 24 inch bowl lets a full sheet pan or a long cutting board lie flat on the bottom, and the 18 inch left drainboard catches what you wash so it sheds water back into the basin. You scrub in the deep bowl and set clean items down to the left where they drain themselves, no separate rack needed.
Heavy Single-Piece Stainless
The whole top is formed from one sheet of 16 gauge 304 stainless, so there is no caulked seam between bowl and board to leak or grow grime. The gauge is thick enough that a loaded rack on the drainboard will not make it boom or sag, and the 304 grade resists the corrosion that rinse water brings on over time.
