For a seafood-market cleanup bay, the Serv-Ware 3CWPH20282-30 gives you three 20 by 28 inch 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel bowls in a single 124 inch wide unit. Each bowl owns one stage of the wash, rinse, and sanitize routine, so a busy crew can fill, scrub, and flush straight down the line.

Made Of 16 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so the thicker 16 gauge body stands up to bus tubs and stockpots banged against the rim, and 304 alloy shrugs off the salt and acid that pit lesser steel. Rounded corner welds erase the seams where soil usually builds up, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.

Each bowl measures 20 inches across and 28 inches front to back with a 14 inch working depth, ample enough to fill with a mixing bowl and utensils and still close the lid on soak time. Two 30 inch boards bracket the bowls, giving soiled items a staging area and washed items a drain-off shelf.
