The Serv-Ware 3CWPH24242-24 is a three-compartment 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel sink built for a corporate-cafe scullery, where you soak, scrub, and rinse a steady stream of pots, pans, and smallwares. Its three 18 by 24 inch bowls form dedicated wash, rinse, and sanitize stations that satisfy the standard three-sink method, and the frame spans 124 inches across on tubular legs.

Twin 24 Inch Drainboards

Boards on both ends set up a clean left-to-right flow over the 124 inch top: soiled wares enter on one 24 inch shelf and exit washed on the far one, which keeps clean and dirty apart during a push.

Shaped In 16 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so the thicker 16 gauge body stands up to bus tubs and stockpots banged against the rim, and the nickel in 304 keeps the surface from pitting under daily chemical exposure. Smooth coved corners and sealed welds keep gunk from collecting in the joints, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.

Inside The Bowls

Each bowl measures 18 inches across and 24 inches front to back with a 14 inch working depth, generous enough to soak a sheet-pan stack without water spilling onto the deck. A 24 inch board on each end lets you load dirty wares on one side and pull clean ones off the other.

Faucet And Drain Setup

The deck is punched for two faucets to suit your plumbing layout, and a 3.5 inch basket drain in each bowl pulls used water down without backing up the next load.
