The kit comes with a stainless steel shelf, two support brackets, and a removable cutting board, and it measures 44 inches wide and 7 inches deep with a 5/8-inch board. On a compact hot line, it turns dead space at the front edge into a working cutting station without taking up another inch of floor.
Removable Cutting Board
The cutting board lifts straight off the shelf, so at the end of service it goes to the sink or dish machine instead of getting wiped in place over the wells. That makes it far easier to sanitize the board properly and to drop in a clean one mid-shift when the menu changes. With the board removed, the stainless shelf underneath wipes down in seconds.
