The Serv-Ware CBK-3 is a 44-inch cutting board kit that bolts a full prep surface onto the front of a steam table, so staff can portion and plate right at the serving line. The kit comes with a stainless steel shelf, two support brackets, and a removable cutting board, and it measures 44 inches wide and 7 inches deep with a 5/8-inch board. On a compact hot line, it turns dead space at the front edge into a working cutting station without taking up another inch of floor.

Removable Cutting Board

The cutting board lifts straight off the shelf, so at the end of service it goes to the sink or dish machine instead of getting wiped in place over the wells. That makes it far easier to sanitize the board properly and to drop in a clean one mid-shift when the menu changes. With the board removed, the stainless shelf underneath wipes down in seconds.

Stainless Shelf And Support Brackets

The kit includes a stainless steel shelf and two support brackets that carry the board off the front of the table. The brackets do the load-bearing work, so the board stays put while a cook leans into it slicing. Stainless construction means the shelf and brackets clean with the same sanitizer as the steam table and hold up to the moisture and heat at the line.

The CBK-3 is built to fit the Serv-Ware EST3-1 steam table, matching its 44-inch width so the board runs the full front edge. The 7-inch depth gives a cook room to portion without crowding the wells behind it. Mounted on the brackets, it adds a cutting surface exactly where the food is being served.

Easy Cleaning And Storage

Because the board comes off and the parts knock down, the whole kit is simple to break apart for a deep clean or to stow when the line is reconfigured. Nothing is permanently welded to the table, so you can pull the cutting station when you need the front edge clear. The flat stainless surfaces leave no seams or crevices for debris to hide.
