The Serv-Ware D2CWP18182-18 2 Compartment Sink
The Serv-Ware D2CWP18182-18 is a 72 inch wide two-compartment sink in the 12 inch Deep Economy Series, built from sanitation-rated 304 stainless steel with two square 18 inch bowls flanked by an 18 inch drainboard on each end. It is the largest layout in the series, a full six-foot wash line that gives one operator a dirty-landing board, two square bowls, and a clean-drying board in a single straight run. It is sized for a kitchen that pushes real warewashing volume.
Dual Drainboards For A Full Line
An 18 inch drainboard on each end turns the unit into a complete in-line station. Stack soiled items on one board, wash and rinse through the two square bowls, then set clean dishes on the far board to drip dry back toward the sink. Both boards are pitched to drain into the bowls and are welded from the same 304 steel as the body, so the whole top is one continuous, easy-to-sanitize surface with no joints and no add-on racks.
Sanitation-Grade 304 Stainless Build
The full 72 inch unit is formed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel. The 304 alloy meets commercial sanitation standards and stands up to the constant moisture and chemicals of a high-volume dish pit without corroding. Across a six-foot span the 18 gauge thickness is what keeps the body and both cantilevered drainboards from flexing under a heavy load of soaking pans.
Square 18 Inch Bowls
Each bowl is 18 inches square and 12 inches deep, draining through a 3.5 inch basket fitting. The square shape takes round pots and square pans without wasted corners, and the depth lets you soak a full load in one bowl while you rinse in the other. Two separate compartments keep wash water and rinse water cleanly apart even during a steady push.
Six-Foot Station Footprint
At 72 inches wide and 23.5 inches deep, this is the widest sink in the Deep Economy Series, meant to anchor a wall as a dedicated warewashing line. It stands 45.5 inches tall on stainless legs with adjustable feet, and the 125 pound frame stays planted once leveled. The open leg base leaves the entire length of floor clear underneath for mopping.
