Built for a commissary cleanup bay, the Serv-Ware E3CWP15152-15 puts three 15 by 15 inch 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel bowls in a row so your crew can soak, scrub, and rinse without crowding a single basin. The whole unit runs 75 inches wide and rides on adjustable bullet feet that level it on any deck.

Twin 15 Inch Drainboards

The pair of 15 inch boards turns the 75 inch deck into a directional line, dirty staged on one end and clean draining on the other so nothing crosses back.

Formed From 18 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so the 304 grade earns its keep here because the 304 grade resists the chlorides in sanitizer and the acids in food soil. Welded seams and coved corners leave no crevice for food soil to hide, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.

Bowl Volume And Reach

At 15 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 14 inches tall inside, each bowl is roomy enough to drop a stack of half-size pans flat and still cover them with water. A 15 inch board on each end lets you load dirty wares on one side and pull clean ones off the other.

Faucet And Drain Setup

A separate faucet cutout and 3.5 inch basket drain serve each bowl, so filling one station and draining another happen at the same time during a push.
