Set up for a butcher and seafood prep room, the Serv-Ware E3CWP18182-18 pairs three 18 by 18 inch 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel bowls on one 90 inch wide base so wash, rinse, and sanitize each get a station and nobody has to fill, wash, and drain out of turn.

Pressed From 18 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so you get value pricing without losing the assurance that 304 alloy shrugs off the salt and acid that pit lesser steel. Smooth coved corners and sealed welds keep gunk from collecting in the joints, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.

Bowl Size And Depth

At 18 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 14 inches tall inside, each bowl is wide enough to lay a hotel pan flat and keep it under the wash water. A 18 inch board on each end lets you load dirty wares on one side and pull clean ones off the other.

Twin 18 Inch Drainboards

Boards on both ends set up a clean left-to-right flow over the 90 inch top: soiled wares enter on one 18 inch shelf and exit washed on the far one, which keeps clean and dirty apart during a push.

Faucet And Drain Setup
