A 102 inch wide three-compartment unit, the Serv-Ware E3CWP18182-24 carries three 18 by 18 inch 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel bowls tuned for a corporate-cafe scullery. The split layout lets the line load, scrub, and clear in sequence and meets the standard three-sink method.

Welded From 18 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so the 304 grade earns its keep here because 304 alloy shrugs off the salt and acid that pit lesser steel. Smooth coved corners and sealed welds keep gunk from collecting in the joints, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.

Room In The Basins

At 18 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 14 inches tall inside, each bowl is deep enough to hold a sheet pan upright while it soaks off baked-on residue. A 24 inch board on each end lets you load dirty wares on one side and pull clean ones off the other.

Faucet And Drain Setup

A separate faucet cutout and 3.5 inch basket drain serve each bowl, so filling one station and draining another happen at the same time during a push.

Twin 24 Inch Drainboards
