When a barbecue joint pot sink needs a code-ready wash setup, the Serv-Ware E3CWP18242-18 delivers three 18 by 24 inch 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel compartments for the wash, rinse, and sanitize sequence. At 90 inches wide overall, it slots into the run and gives each step its own bowl so nobody waits to stage, wash, and rinse.

Inside The Bowls

Sized 18 by 24 inches with a 14 inch depth, each bowl is roomy enough to drop a stack of half-size pans flat and still cover them with water. Two 18 inch boards bracket the bowls, giving soiled items a staging area and washed items a drain-off shelf.

Twin 18 Inch Drainboards

Boards on both ends set up a clean left-to-right flow over the 90 inch top: soiled wares enter on one 18 inch shelf and exit washed on the far one, which keeps clean and dirty apart during a push.

Welded From 18 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel

The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so you get value pricing without losing the assurance that 304 alloy shrugs off the salt and acid that pit lesser steel.
