The Serv-Ware E3CWP18242-24 3 Compartment Sink
Built for a catering kitchen staging area, the Serv-Ware E3CWP18242-24 puts three 18 by 24 inch 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel bowls in a row so your crew can fill, scrub, and flush without crowding a single basin. The whole unit runs 102 inches wide and rides on adjustable bullet feet that level it on any deck.
What Each Bowl Holds
Every compartment runs 18 inches wide by 24 inches deep with 14 inches of water depth, sized to swallow a full sheet pan on the diagonal with the suds well below the lip. A 24 inch board on each end lets you load dirty wares on one side and pull clean ones off the other.
Twin 24 Inch Drainboards
Boards on both ends set up a clean left-to-right flow over the 102 inch top: soiled wares enter on one 24 inch shelf and exit washed on the far one, which keeps clean and dirty apart during a push.
Formed From 18 Gauge 304 Series Stainless Steel
The bowls, deck, and apron are pressed from 18 gauge 304 series stainless steel, so 18 gauge 304 keeps the price reasonable while the nickel in 304 keeps the surface from pitting under daily chemical exposure. Rounded corner welds erase the seams where soil usually builds up, which means a quick wipe-down at close keeps the basin sanitary.
Faucet And Drain Setup
A separate faucet cutout and 3.5 inch basket drain serve each bowl, so filling one station and draining another happen at the same time during a push.
