Serv-Ware EST2-1 30 In. 2-Well Electric Hot Food Table, Open Well

SKUEST2-1 BrandServ-Ware

The Serv-Ware EST2-1 Electric Steam Table

The Serv-Ware EST2-1 is a two-well electric hot food table that fits a working serving station into a cabinet barely wider than a home range. Food trucks, concession stands, church kitchens, and small delis use it to keep soup, sides, and entrees at serving temperature without surrendering prep space. Since it draws its power from an ordinary wall receptacle rather than a dedicated high-amp line, you can set the table up wherever the serving line happens to be that day.

Independent Infinite Well Controls

Each of the two wells runs off its own infinite control dial. Hold a delicate cream soup at a gentle setting in one bay while the chili beside it stays piping hot. Infinite controls sweep smoothly across the whole range instead of clicking between a few fixed stops, so you can nudge a well up or down as the pan empties through a rush and never scorch what is left at the bottom.

Holding Pre-Cooked Food the Right Way

This table holds food that is already cooked. Bring pans up to temperature in the oven or on the range, drop them into the open wells, and the EST2-1 keeps them in the safe serving zone for the length of service. Open bays also give your servers a clear look at pan levels from anywhere on the line, so refills get started before a well runs empty in front of a customer.

Sized for Tight Service Lines

Where a full-size steam table simply will not fit, the EST2-1 usually will. Its narrow cabinet slides into serving windows, corners of concession booths, and the gap at the end of a counter that never had a purpose before. Two hot wells in that little space can carry a soup-and-entree menu on their own, which is why compact operations often make this their only piece of hot holding equipment.

Optional Upgrades

Serv-Ware sizes a Double Sneeze Guard (SG3-2) and a Sanitary Guard (SG3-1) for this table when it works a self-serve counter, plus Cutting Board Kits (CBK-3) that extend the carving and plating surface. A caster kit (3B-0050-B-HFT) is also offered, letting crews roll the table between the kitchen and the serving area and lock it in place once it is positioned.
