The Serv-Ware EST4-1 lines up four open hot food wells across nearly five feet of stainless steel, enough capacity to serve a full spread of entrees and sides from one station. Banquet halls, buffet restaurants, and caterers working rented venues favor this format because it runs on a standard supply, and its locking plug will not shake loose when the table gets bumped in the middle of service.

Independent Infinite Well Controls

Four dials on the front apron give every well its own temperature. A carving station setup might run gravy in one bay, two vegetables in the middle, and a starch on the end, each held at the setting that keeps it at its best. The infinite controls turn through a continuous range, which matters late in service when a half-empty pan needs a touch less heat than a full one to avoid drying out the edges.

Holding Pre-Cooked Food the Right Way

The EST4-1 is a holding table, and that division of labor pays off during events. Your kitchen finishes dishes on its own schedule, wells stand ready at temperature, and finished pans move straight from the oven to the line.
