The Serv-Ware EST4-2 is the higher-voltage member of the company's four-well hot food table line, built for kitchens that run their hot line on 220 to 240 volt circuits. You get the same nearly five-foot stainless steel serving deck and four open wells, wired to match the electrical service already in the wall of most institutional and restaurant kitchens.

Independent Infinite Well Controls

Every well answers to its own infinite dial, so the table holds four different dishes at four different temperatures without compromise. Mashed potatoes that would skin over at a high setting sit at a low simmer of warmth while braised meat two bays down holds much hotter. Adjustments happen in fine increments rather than preset jumps, letting a line cook fine-tune each bay as pans cycle through lunch.

Holding Pre-Cooked Food the Right Way

Cook first, hold second. The EST4-2 takes over after the oven has done its work, keeping finished pans at safe serving temperature through a cafeteria rush or a banquet seating. Because the wells are open, staff read pan levels at a glance and rotate in replacements before anything runs out, keeping the line moving instead of stalling behind an empty bay.
