The Serv-Ware EST5-2 stretches five open hot food wells across six feet of stainless steel, the longest table in the EST line and the one high-volume cafeterias, buffets, and banquet operations reach for when the whole menu has to stay hot at once. It connects to 220 to 240 volt service, the standard for equipment of this capacity in institutional kitchens.

Independent Infinite Well Controls

Five dials, five temperatures, zero compromises between dishes. A full holiday line of turkey, dressing, two vegetables, and gravy each gets its own setting, and none of them has to live at a temperature chosen for something else. The infinite dials travel through a continuous range, so tiny corrections are possible: back one well off slightly when a sauce starts to tighten, bring another up before the dinner push.

Holding Pre-Cooked Food the Right Way

A table this size earns its keep by decoupling cooking from serving. The kitchen produces in batches, the EST5-2 holds finished pans at safe serving temperature, and servers work an unbroken line for hours.
