Interior surfaces are 430 stainless steel walls w/ 304 stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.

A bottom-mounted system charged with R290 / 5.29 oz. pulls 4500 BTU/H on a 1.25 HP compressor, recovering quickly after the doors open during service. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and cfc free foam insulation run cleaner and more efficiently than older blends, and automatic defrost runs every six hours with no staff attention so the unit holds temperature on its own.
