The Serv-Ware RR2-HC Reach-In Refrigerator
The Serv-Ware RR2-HC is a full-size two-door, 49 cu. ft. stainless steel reach-in measuring 53.9” wide, the workhorse cold box for a high-volume kitchen that moves a lot of product. Two Doors, Two Zones
Two doors let a cook open just the half they are working, keeping the other side sealed against warm kitchen air. Stainless Construction
The front and sides are 430 stainless steel, the interior walls are 430 stainless, and the floor is 304 stainless that holds up to the spills and cart wheels a busy line throws at it. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the walls so the large cabinet keeps its temperature between openings instead of forcing the compressor to run long cycles.
