The Serv-Ware SWM30-500H Cube Ice Machine
The Serv-Ware SWM30-500H produces up to 500 pounds of half cube ice in 24 hours from a 30-inch wide modular head. It is built for restaurants and beverage stations that move a lot of fountain cups and want ice that brings a drink down to temperature in a hurry. The head sits on a separate storage bin you choose for your volume, and its front-breathing air-cooled circuit installs without plumbing. As a modular ice machine head, it pairs with a Serv-Ware ice storage bin, which is sold separately.
Fast-Chill Half Cubes
Half cubes nest tightly in a cup and pull heat out of a drink quickly, the reason they are the standard at soda guns and blender stations. This head makes 500 pounds a day and manages itself: the harvest cycle is automatic and the bin-full sensor shuts production down once the bin tops off.
R290 Air-Cooled System
Cooling comes from an air-cooled circuit charged with R290, a low global warming hydrocarbon refrigerant. The condenser vents out the front so the cabinet can sit flush in a line of equipment, and the unit runs on a 115-volt supply that most beverage stations already have on hand.
Insulated Polyethylene Interior
The SWM30-500H wraps a reinforced heavy-duty cabinet in stainless steel, then lines the ice zone with food-grade polyethylene backed by rigid polyurethane foam. That insulated liner holds the cold in, so the compressor cycles less often to keep the harvest section at temperature, and the smooth liner stays easy to keep clean.
Hands-Free Monitoring
Electronic controls handle the cycle and show status, and smart LED lighting with an included remote lets staff check the ice supply without opening the unit. Adjustable front leveling legs let you set it level on an uneven floor so it drains properly.
