Serv-Ware TSF-3072-R 72 In. Sink Table, 1-Compartment, Right-Side Drainboard, 16x20x12 In. Bowl

SKUTSF-3072-R BrandServ-Ware

The Serv-Ware TSF-3072-R Sink Table

The Serv-Ware TSF-3072-R is the 72-inch anchor of the sink-table line, the one you set down when a single station has to carry a whole prep shift. Its 16 by 20 by 12 inch bowl pairs with the longest fabricated drainboard in the group, so a cook can keep a wash-and-stage rhythm going without stepping away to find counter space. Built from welded 304 and 430 stainless and shipping at 117 pounds, it is meant to live in one spot on a busy line and take years of daily abuse.

This configuration places the drainboard to the right of the bowl, a fit for stations fed from the right or paired beside a left-hand unit. The two layouts mirror each other, so you can line them up and keep soiled and clean zones flowing in one consistent direction.

Drainboard on the Right

Here the fabricated landing area sits to the right of the bowl, the layout you want when product arrives from the right or a cook is staging clean pans on that side. Run it as the mirror to a left-hand unit and the two tables form a continuous clean-to-soiled path along the wall. A welded 5-inch backsplash closes off the rear, so splash heads back into the tub rather than streaking the wall behind the table.

One-Piece 16-Gauge 304 Stainless Top

The top and tub are drawn from the same sheet of 16-gauge 304 stainless, so on the busiest station in the line there is no welded bowl seam to crack or harbor bacteria. The thicker 304 grade holds its surface against the constant pan traffic a six-foot table sees, where a thin 430 top would dent and discolor. A bullnose edge runs the full perimeter, sparing arms from a hard corner and channeling spills back to the bowl.

Welded Stainless Legs and Bullet Feet

A long table needs a rigid base, so the 72-inch model rides on an 18-gauge 430 stainless hat-channel understructure with stainless legs threaded into stainless sockets and adjustable bullet feet underneath. Dial the feet in to keep all six feet of top dead level so the bowl drains fully. All-stainless legs leave nothing to chip or rust off beside the dish station, unlike painted tube on a cheaper unit.

Included Faucet and Drain Basket

A DFY12-CWP faucet arrives deck-mounted on 4-inch centers with a 12-inch swing spout, long enough to reach corner to corner of the bowl and rise over a loaded hotel pan when filling. The casting is low-lead rated for direct food-contact water. A 3.5-inch drain basket is supplied to trap scraps ahead of the drain line, keeping a high-volume sink from clogging at peak.

Full 72-Inch Prep Wall

Six feet of length makes this the unit for a high-volume station, with enough drainboard to drain a rack of pans while the bowl stays free for the next load. It keeps the same 30-inch depth and 35.5-inch height as the rest of the line, so it drops into an existing wall run flush with neighboring tables. At 117 pounds it is the heaviest of the three sizes, the trade for the extra working length.
