The Sierra SHDM-32PT Countertop Heated Display Case
The Sierra SHDM-32PT is a 32-inch countertop heated display merchandiser built for convenience stores, gas stations, school cafeterias, concession stands, and quick-service counters. Its pass-through design lets customers grab wrapped sandwiches, burgers, boxed meals, or pizza slices from the front while your staff reloads from the back. Two slanted display shelves hold product at a tilt for full visibility, and infrared heaters above each shelf maintain serving temperatures between 86 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit without blowing air that dries out food.
Independent Shelf-by-Shelf Heat and Light Control
Each of the two slanted display shelves has its own adjustable thermostat and independent light switch. That means you can hold fried chicken at a higher temperature on the top shelf while keeping wrapped sandwiches warm on the lower shelf, all from the same unit. Infrared heaters mounted above each shelf deliver even, top-down warmth that keeps product at serving temperature without drying it out the way some forced-air warmers do. When the lunch rush ends and you only need one shelf active, shut the other one off to save energy.
Pass-Through Access for Self-Serve or Staff Loading
The pass-through design is open on both the front and back, so customers can grab items from one side while your crew restocks from the other.
