The Sirman UB5802000US12 Undercounter High-Temperature Dishwasher
The Sirman HP Wash 40 is a high temperature undercounter dishwasher built for bars, cafes, and small kitchens that need sanitizing rinse in a cabinet-sized footprint. It washes at 140°F and rinses at 185°F, so plates and glassware come out sanitized without a chemical final rinse, and it does it inside a 19 1/2 inch wide, 25 3/16 inch tall body that slides under a standard counter. Each cycle uses 0.66 gallons of fresh water, which keeps your water and heating costs down across a full shift of racks. Wash times are programmable, so you can run a quick cycle for lightly soiled glassware and a longer one for plates with dried-on sauce. The unit runs on a single-phase 208 to 240 volt circuit with a NEMA 6-20P cord and plug, and it is built for a hot water supply at 43 to 73 psi.
185°F Rinse from a Built-In Booster Heater
A 3 kW booster heater lives inside the cabinet, so the HP Wash 40 brings its own rinse water up to 185°F from the 1 gallon boiler rather than depending on your building's water heater to deliver sanitizing temperature at the tap. A separate 2 kW element holds the 1.7 gallon wash tank at 140°F between racks. Because the two heaters are independent, a run of back-to-back cycles does not pull the wash tank down while the boiler recovers. The control panel shows both wash and rinse temperatures on a double display, so you can confirm the rinse reached sanitizing temperature at a glance instead of guessing.
15-3/4 Inch Rack with 11 13/32 Inch Clearance
The wash chamber takes a 15 3/4 by 15 3/4 inch rack and clears items up to 11 13/32 inches tall. That covers pint glasses, dinner plates, mixing bowls, and sixth pans without tilting them. The 0.2 HP wash pump drives water through a stainless steel rinse jet so the spray pattern holds its shape over years of hard water rather than wearing out the way a plastic nozzle does. A deep drawn stainless steel tank has no welded seams at the bottom, which means fewer places for food debris to collect and fewer leak points as the machine ages.
Electric Rinse Aid Pump and Programmable Wash Times
An electric rinse aid pump meters rinse aid on every cycle so glassware dries spot-free without a manual dose. Wash times are user-adjustable through the electronic controls, and the personalized function settings let you store the cycle lengths that match your menu. Once set, line staff just load the rack, close the door, and press start. The controls are rated IPX1 against dripping water, which matters on a dish station where the top of the machine doubles as a landing zone for wet racks.
Front-Access Service Without Pulling the Machine
Most serviceable components sit behind the front lower panel. A technician can reach the pump, boiler, and electrical compartment from the front without sliding the dishwasher out of the cabinet, which keeps a repair from turning into a two-person job and shortens the time the dish station is down. The stainless steel exterior wipes clean and holds up to the splash and chemical exposure a dish pit throws at it. Optional add-ons include an internal LED light, a built-in water softener for hard water areas, and additional baskets, plate racks, and cutlery baskets.
