Programmable Three-Speed, Three-Stroke Automatic Control
The 1000S uses a straightforward digital membrane control panel, letting operators choose from three carriage speeds, slow, medium, or fast, and three stroke lengths: small (4.25 inches), medium (7.5 inches), or large (11.75 inches). This setup provides 12 automatic slicing modes, with speeds from 35 to 64 strokes per minute. Use the small stroke at 51-64 strokes per minute for thin deli meats, medium stroke at 39-59 for cheeses and cured meats, and large stroke at 35-52 for roasts or whole muscle cuts. The integrated slice counter tracks output for portion control, inventory, and labor management.
Ultra-Safe Zero Blade Exposure During Cleaning
The 1000S follows the same safety-focused design as the manual 1000M, eliminating blade edge exposure during cleaning and maintenance. The carriage tilts back for full access to the blade area, so staff can clean thoroughly without risk of contact. A permanently mounted edge guard and quick-release carriage and feed grip make it easy to sanitize between products while protecting staff from cuts. The built-in lift lever lets you clean underneath the slicer, ensuring all surfaces are accessible.

Smooth curve transitions and a drip tray fence direct liquids away from controls and the operator, channeling them toward a concave base.
