The Waring WCV300 Vacuum Packaging Machine
The Waring WCV300 is a chamber vacuum sealing system designed to package liquids and liquid-rich foods (fresh meats, soups, marinades, stews) that benchtop external sealers cannot handle without sucking liquid into the pump. The chamber design removes air from inside an enclosed chamber rather than pulling air out of an open bag, which is why chamber sealers handle liquids reliably.
2-Gallon Sealing Chamber
The chamber measures 11.8 inch W x 12.6 inch L x 3.19 inch H, giving a 2-gallon working volume. Large enough to seal restaurant-portion soups, marinades, and meat cuts inside their pouch without needing to drain liquid first.
11 Inch Seal Bar with Double Seal
The 11-inch seal bar double-seals each pouch, providing redundant closure that resists tearing during transport or boil-in-bag cooking. A second seal line guarantees long-lasting closure even if the first line has a flaw.
Marinating Function
The marinating function uses the vacuum chamber's pressure cycling to intensely infuse meats, fruits, and vegetables with marinades in minutes rather than hours. The vacuum opens cell structures to accept liquid faster than ambient-pressure marinating.
Touchpad Controls and Visibility
User-friendly, easy-to-clean touchpad controls. Stainless steel chamber features a see-through lid so the operator can monitor the vacuum cycle and pull liquid pouches before they overdraw. Large, easy-to-grasp lid handle.
Included Bags
Ships with 50 one-quart bags and 50 two-quart bags, so the operator starts production without ordering bags separately.
