Electronic 3-Speed Plus Pulse
Three preset speeds (16,000 / 19,000 / 22,000 RPM) plus pulse cover the texture range from thick malts to thin frappes. Electronic controls maintain the set speed under load, preventing the slow-down that mechanical controls suffer when working through dense ice cream.
10-Minute Timer for Recipe Consistency
The integrated 10-minute timer cycles drinks hands-off to the same duration across staff, which means consistent texture across operators. Removes the operator-by-operator variability in mix time.
Fully Enclosed Actuator
Fully enclosed actuator prevents mix from entering the housing. Stainless steel actuator cover and cup rest are both removable for cleaning, improving sanitation versus designs where the actuator is exposed.
Two Agitators Included
Solid agitator for hard ice creams and aeration; butterfly agitator for softer ice creams and mix-ins. Operators choose the right agitator for each recipe rather than swapping equipment.
