Flat cast-iron plates give the same even heat distribution as the ribbed version, but with full plate contact for thin items like quesadillas, breakfast sandwiches, smashed burgers, and pressed cheese. A hinged, auto-balancing top plate self-adjusts to sandwiches up to 3" thick, so the press contacts evenly on a thin tortilla or a piled-high sub.

Adjustable Thermostat and Indicators

Adjustable thermostat reaches up to 570°F, dialed for everything from low-temp pressing of a delicate flatbread to full-power searing on a hot panini.
