Heavy Cast Aluminum Cook Plate
The cast cooking plate holds heat through bursts of egg, pancake, or smash-burger work and recovers fast between loads. A wide thermostat range covers low for eggs and crepes, mid for pancakes, and high for steak and burger work on a single plate.
Grease Trough and Removable Drip Tray
A front grease trough channels runoff into a removable drip tray that empties between shifts and washes in a standard sink. The rear splash guard keeps grease and steam off the backsplash and the cook.
Repeatable Thermostat Control
A bimetal thermostat holds set temperature across the shift, with a ready indicator confirming the unit has recovered after a load pull. Set once per menu item and the unit repeats temperature exactly.
