Four Independent Grids with Rotary Flip

Four grids run, flip, and time independently via the rotary feature that turns each grid mid-bake. One operator can stagger four loads across the cycle so finished waffles come off in a continuous stream rather than a batch every few minutes.

User-Serviceable Plates

All four grid plates are user-serviceable. A damaged plate gets swapped on the line without pulling the whole unit out of service.

Indicators and Cleanup

Per-grid indicator lights signal hot-and-ready status so the cook knows which side to load next. A removable drip tray catches batter overflow and pulls out for cleaning between services.

Target Use

Sized for hotel breakfast buffets, banquet service, casino floor cafes, college dining halls, and any operation pulling more than 50 waffles per hour with limited counter space.
