Proprietary Pizza Stone Technology
Thermographic testing confirms that the proprietary pizza stone chamber reaches desired temperatures in shorter time spans with evenly distributed heat across the entire baking surface. Independent top and bottom thermostats with mechanical temperature display allow precise control up to 842°F, while a safety thermostat provides added protection.
Durable Construction with Stainless Steel Front
Built with a stainless steel front panel, pre-painted white-grey body, steel doors with glass viewing windows, and non-thermal handles for safe operation. A knob-operated steam exhauster allows moisture control during baking. Optional stands with casters, stainless steel hoods, and vents are available separately. Made in Italy with bare wire connection requiring installation by a certified electrician.
