Thermographic testing shows that in the special pizza stone chamber, the desired temperature is reached within a shorter time span and heat is distributed evenly across the entire baking surface. This proprietary technology ensures consistent results from the center to the edges of every pizza.
Digital Control and Independent Chambers
The digital version features an electronic card for programming start to end baking times, with two work settings: continuous (P2) and non-continuous (P1). Each chamber operates with an independent safety thermostat, allowing different temperature settings for versatile menu options.
