The Migali C-PP44-D-HC is a 44-inch refrigerated pizza preparation table sized for high-volume pizza shops, Italian restaurants, and any kitchen that builds pies, calzones, or stromboli to order. The top rail accommodates 6 (1/3)-size pans of toppings (sauce, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers) within arm's reach of a 19.5-inch deep cutting board, so the line can stretch dough and dress pies without stepping out of position. Below the rail, (2) refrigerated drawers and 1 stainless shelves give you portion-controlled cold storage for backup pans of toppings and overflow stock. Insulated lids keep the rail temperature down between rushes, even when the line is open between orders.
Forced-Air Refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon Refrigerant
A side-mount compressor pulls cold across the cabinet and rail through a forced-air evaporator, and the side-mount design pulls service access to the end of the unit instead of pulling the whole table out from the line. R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant runs cleaner than legacy HFCs and meets current DOE commercial refrigeration efficiency rules. Energy consumption on this model is 1.5 kWh per 24 hours. The 1/7+ HP compressor draws 2.3 amps off a standard 115V Nema 5-15P plug.
