The 1.18 in. granite slab stays cool to the touch and gives pizza dough a naturally chilled surface to work on, which helps keep the dough from getting sticky during high-volume topping. A six-inch backsplash along the rear edge contains flour and sauce splatter. The granite surface extends across the full 80-inch width, so you have room to work multiple pies side by side during a rush.
