CMA Dishmachines SL-U 48 In. Undercounter Soiled Dishtable, Left-End Pre-Rinse Sink, 2 In. Basket Drain, 16/304 Stainless Steel

SKUSL-U BrandCMA Dishmachines

The CMA Dishmachines SL-U Soiled Dish Table

The CMA Dishmachines SL-U is a 48 in. soiled dishtable made for undercounter dishmachine installations, with its 20 x 20 in. pre-rinse sink set at the left end of the run. It hands a bar, cafe, or small kitchen the same scraping and rinsing station a full dish room gets, in a format meant to work beside an undercounter machine rather than feed a door-type unit. All of it is stainless steel, and the backsplash arrives drilled for the pre-rinse assembly you choose.

Made for Undercounter Dishmachine Setups

CMA lists this table in its soiled series as the undercounter model: a 48 in. wide, 29 in. deep top intended to run alongside an undercounter dishmachine instead of stepping down to a door-type connection. The sink occupies the left end, leaving the balance of the top clear for landing bus tubs and loading racks. Overall height comes to 42-3/4 in. with the 8 in. backsplash figured in, which puts the work surface at a comfortable counter level.

Deep Pre-Rinse Sink with Basket Drain

The 20 x 20 in. sink gives you 5 in. of depth, enough to scrape and rinse a stack of plates or a rack of glasses without water jumping the rim. An included scrap basket sits over the 2 in. basket drain, catching solids before they reach the drain line, and the 3-1/2 in. diameter die-formed mounted hole carries a smooth drawn radius instead of a sharp cut edge. When the closing crew is clearing the last tubs of the night, that basket is the difference between a quick rinse-out and a clogged line.

Drilled for a Splash-Mounted Pre-Rinse Unit

Factory holes punched 8 in. on center in the backsplash accept a splash-mounted pre-rinse unit, which is sold separately. That spares your installer from drilling stainless on site and centers the spray valve over the sink where the mess actually is. The 8 in. backsplash itself shields the wall from overspray, and its 3/4 in. rolled return stiffens the top edge.

16/304 Stainless Steel Top and Bracing

The top is 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel, a heavier build than the economy-gauge tops on light-duty tables, so daily bus tub traffic will not dent it. Raised rolled edges on the front and sides keep rinse water on the table rather than on the floor, while stainless steel channel and angle bracing underneath keeps the 48 in. span rigid. Tubular 1-5/8 in. O.D. stainless steel legs with adjustable side bracing let you level the table against adjacent counters and equipment.

Features & Benefits

  1. Pair it with an undercounter dishmachine: the left-end sink handles scraping and pre-rinse while the rest of the 48 in. top stages tubs and racks.
  2. A 20 x 20 in. pre-rinse sink with 5 in. of depth lets you scrape plates and rinse racks without splashing over the rim.
  3. The included scrap basket sits over the 2 in. basket drain and stops solids before they can foul the drain line.
  4. A 3-1/2 in. diameter die-formed mounted hole is pressed into the stainless with a smooth radius that wipes clean.
  5. Backsplash holes punched 8 in. on center accept a splash-mounted pre-rinse unit, sold separately, with no field drilling.
  6. The 8 in. high backsplash with a 3/4 in. rolled return protects the wall from overspray and stiffens the panel.
  7. Raised rolled edges on the front and sides keep rinse water and spills on the table instead of on the floor.
  8. A 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel top takes daily scraping, hot water, and detergents without denting or corroding.
  9. Stainless steel channel and angle bracing under the top keeps the full 48 in. span rigid under loaded bus tubs.
  10. Tubular 1-5/8 in. O.D. stainless steel legs with adjustable side bracing level the table against neighboring counters.
  11. An included rack slide guides loaded dish racks smoothly across the tabletop.
