CMA Dishmachines SR-36 36 In. Soiled Dishtable, Right-to-Left Operation, 20 In. Pre-Rinse Sink, Scrap Basket Included

SKUSR-36 BrandCMA Dishmachines

The CMA Dishmachines SR-36 Soiled Dish Table

The CMA Dishmachines SR-36 runs dishes right to left, which makes it the soiled table for layouts where the dishmachine anchors the left side of the pit. Its 36 in. top splits the work sensibly: staging room at the right end, a 20 x 20 in. pre-rinse sink in the middle of the flow, and a rack slide carrying loaded racks toward the machine.

Scrapping and Pre-Rinse Station in One

A 20 x 20 in. pre-rinse sink sits in the top with a full 5 in. of depth, enough to scrape a stack of plates without slinging water across the aisle. Solids collect in the included scrap basket over the 2 in. basket drain, which keeps half-eaten garnishes and paper napkins out of your drain line during a closing rush. The 3-1/2 in. diameter mounted hole is die-formed rather than cut, so the opening carries a smooth drawn radius that wipes clean.

Drilled for a Backsplash-Mounted Pre-Rinse Unit

An 8 in. high backsplash rises off the back edge and comes factory drilled on 8 in. centers for a splash-mounted pre-rinse unit, which is sold separately. Bolting a pre-rinse assembly onto punched holes beats field drilling stainless with a hole saw, and it lands the spray valve directly over the sink where the scraping happens. A 3/4 in. rolled return caps the backsplash, stiffening the panel and covering the raw top edge.

16/304 Stainless Steel Construction

CMA fabricates the whole table from stainless steel: the 16-gauge type 304 top, the tubular legs, and the channel and angle bracing underneath. That 16/304 top is noticeably heavier than the economy-gauge tops on light-duty tables, so a dropped bus tub leaves marks on the tub, not the table. Raised rolled edges along the front and side hold rinse water and spills on the surface instead of letting them sheet onto the floor.

Sized and Braced for the Dish Pit

Overall dimensions come to 36 in. wide by 29 in. deep by 42-3/4 in. tall at the backsplash. The top meets your dishmachine at a 34 in. height and narrows to 21 in. at the machine end, where the factory rack slide carries loaded racks over the joint without hanging up. Tubular 1-5/8 in. O.D. stainless steel legs carry adjustable bracing, so the table levels flush against the machine even on floors that slope toward a drain. Between the sink and the machine end sits a 7-1/2 in. run of flat top where each rack squares up before feeding in.

Features & Benefits

  1. Set it up as the soiled side of a 36 in. dish pit: bus tubs land on the open end, scraps go in the basket, and full racks slide right to left toward the dishmachine.
  2. The 20 x 20 in. pre-rinse sink runs 5 in. deep, so you can scrape a full stack of plates without splashing the aisle.
  3. An included scrap basket sits over the 2 in. basket drain and traps solids before they can reach the drain line.
  4. The 3-1/2 in. diameter mounted hole is die-formed into the stainless, leaving a smooth radius that resists trapped food film.
  5. Factory drilling at 8 in. on center accepts a splash-mounted pre-rinse unit, sold separately, with no field drilling required.
  6. An 8 in. high backsplash with a 3/4 in. rolled return keeps overspray off the wall and stiffens the panel's top edge.
  7. Raised rolled edges on the front and side contain rinse water and spills instead of shedding them onto the floor.
  8. A 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel top stands up to hot rinse water, detergents, and daily scrubbing without corroding.
  9. Stainless steel channel and angle bracing under the top keeps the long span rigid beneath loaded bus tubs.
  10. A factory rack slide guides loaded racks across the 34 in. high machine connection and into the wash chamber.
  11. Tubular 1-5/8 in. O.D. stainless steel legs with adjustable bracing let you level the table tight against the dishmachine.
