The CMA Dishmachines UC50E Undercounter Dishwasher
The CMA Dishmachines UC50E is a high temperature undercounter dishwasher and glasswasher that slips beneath a standard counter at just 23-7/16 inches wide and 33-5/16 inches tall, making it a natural fit for bars, cafes, and coffee shops where floor space is money. It turns out up to 30 racks or 120 covers per hour, washing and heat-sanitizing plates, glassware, and utensils on a fully automatic cycle while using only 0.8 gallons of water per rack.
High Temperature Sanitizing with Built-In Booster Heater
A built-in 6 kW booster heater lifts incoming 140°F water to a true 180°F to 195°F final rinse, and the Safety Temp feature assures a 180°F sanitizing rinse on every single cycle, not just when the water heater happens to keep up. Between cycles, the 2.7 kW wash tank heater holds the 6.87 gallon tank at a 155°F to 160°F wash temperature. Heat sanitizing also means glasses come out hot, flash-dry fast, and skip the chemical film a low temperature machine can leave behind, which your bartenders will notice in the head on a draft pour.
Double-Wall Stainless Steel Construction
Double-skin stainless steel walls hold heat in and noise down, so the machine can run behind the bar mid-rush without shouting over your customers. Surfaces and tanks are polished stainless steel with rounded corners for quick, complete wipe-downs, and stainless steel safety filters plus a triple filtering protection system capture soil and debris before they reach the 3/4 HP wash pump.
Removable Upper and Lower Wash and Rinse Arms
Upper and lower wash and rinse arms hit ware from both directions, reaching into coffee mugs and around plate stacks in a way single-arm machines cannot. The arms lift out by hand for cleaning, so the closing crew can rinse them at the sink in a minute instead of leaving spray nozzles to slowly plug. A 13 inch maximum loading height clears oversized plates, glasses, and utensils in standard 20 by 20 inch racks.
Pumped Drain and Built-In Chemical Pumps
The pump drain pushes wastewater up and out, which opens up installations with elevated drain lines where a gravity-drain machine simply cannot go. Built-in detergent and rinse chemical pumps meter dosing automatically every cycle, and door and water level safety switches plus a booster safety thermostat protect both the operator and the machine. Top mounted controls stay easy to read at a glance during service.
