The Cookline CC80-DBL Gas Convection Oven
The Cookline CC80-DBL is a deep depth double deck full size gas convection oven: two complete 25 3/8 inch deep ovens stacked into one 39 inch wide, 71 inch tall unit pushing 120,000 BTU total. Each deck has its own pair of 30,000 BTU stainless steel tube burners, its own controls, and its own pair of glass doors, so a bakery can proof low in one cavity while the other roasts at full heat, or a banquet kitchen can run eight full sheet pans of chicken at once. Natural gas is standard and the liquid propane conversion kit comes in the box.
Two Deep Cavities with 11 Rack Positions Each
Each 29 by 25 7/8 by 20 inch chamber loads full size sheet pans in either orientation thanks to the deep depth design, with three racks per compartment sliding across 11 guide positions. Six racks total means real production volume: a caterer can stage an entire event's sides in one preheat. The porcelainized interiors wipe out in minutes because grease will not bond to the glassy surface, and interior chamber lights behind dual pane thermal glass windows let cooks check all four doors' worth of product without opening any of them.
100°F to 560°F Control on Each Deck
Both decks run independent thermostats across the same wide 100°F to 560°F band, each with a 60 minute electric timer and bell, so two cooks can run two menus without negotiating. The cooling down function drops a cavity quickly when the next batch needs less heat, automatic ignition handles lighting safely, and micro switches kill the burners whenever a door swings open.
Stacked Capacity That Still Rolls
The stainless steel fronts and doors clean up like the rest of the line, and the whole 805 pound tower rides on 6 inch casters, so it pulls away from the wall for cleaning and service instead of becoming permanent architecture. Electrical needs stay simple: each blower runs a 1/6 HP motor, and the oven connects at 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 72 inch cord alongside the single 3/4 inch gas inlet.
