The Cookline CC80-SGL Gas Convection Oven
The Cookline CC80-SGL is a deep depth single deck full size gas convection oven built around a 25 3/8 inch deep cavity, the extra depth that lets full size sheet pans load either direction and bulky roasting pans clear the door. Two stainless steel tube burners deliver 60,000 BTU into the 29 by 25 7/8 by 20 inch chamber, covering everything a restaurant, bakery, church kitchen, or caterer throws at a workhorse oven: sheet pans of cookies, hotel pans of casserole, whole poultry, and holiday roasts. Natural gas comes standard and a liquid propane conversion kit ships in the box, so the same oven works on either fuel.
Deep 25 3/8 Inch Cavity with 11 Rack Positions
Three heavy duty chrome plated racks ride on 11-position guides, so tall stockpot roasts and shallow sheet pan batches both find the right height. The porcelainized interior is the practical difference between a five minute wipe-out and an evening of scrubbing: baked-on grease releases from porcelain the way it never does from bare metal. An interior chamber light and dual pane thermal glass windows in both doors let cooks watch color develop without opening up and flushing the cavity with cold air.
100°F to 560°F Control with a Cooling Function
The thermostat spans an unusually wide 100°F to 560°F, reaching low enough for gentle holding and proofing-adjacent work and high enough for hard roasting. A 60 minute electric timer rings a bell when the batch is up, and the cooling down function pulls cavity temperature back quickly when the menu shifts from 550°F roasting to 275°F meringues. Automatic ignition lights the burners safely, and a micro switch cuts the burners the instant a door opens.
Stainless Front on 5 Inch Casters
The front and double doors are stainless steel over a body that rolls on 5 inch casters, so line cleaning crews can pull the oven out instead of mopping around it. The blower runs a 1/6 HP motor on an ordinary 120V cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and the double stacking design lets a second CC80 deck ride on top later, doubling capacity on the same 39 by 39 1/2 inch footprint.
