The Cookline CV100-DBL-240 Electric Convection Oven
The Cookline CV100-DBL-240 is a double deck full size electric convection oven for kitchens that bake, roast, and rethermalize without a gas line. It stacks two 29 by 21.5 by 20 inch cavities into one 38 inch wide tower, each cavity running its own 11 kW element bank at 240V with its own controls, giving all-electric banquet and institutional kitchens the output of two ovens on one footprint.
Electronic Thermostat from 150°F to 550°F
Each cavity holds any setting from 150°F to 550°F on an electronic thermostat, which reacts faster and drifts less than the hydraulic dials on older electric ovens, so the twentieth pan of cornbread bakes like the first. A manual timer runs alongside, power and heat indicator lights show status from across the kitchen, and dedicated cook and cool down modes mean the oven can purge stored heat quickly when the menu steps down in temperature. The 1/2 HP fan motor circulates air around every rack in both cavities for even browning without hot corners.
Porcelain Enamel Interior with 11 Rack Positions
Inside, six adjustable racks, three per cavity ride on 11-position interior rack guides per oven, covering low roasting pans, tall proof boxes, and everything between. The porcelain enamel interior releases grease and sugar spills with a damp cloth instead of an overnight soak, and the independent doors with full view windows plus interior lights let staff check color without venting the cavity. The stainless steel front, with the control panel on the right side, keeps the working face durable and familiar to anyone who has run a standard convection oven.
Hardwired Power with Phase Flexibility
The oven ships configured for single phase and converts to 3 phase, drawing 45.83 amps on single phase or 26.46 amps on 3 phase at 240V per cavity rating of 11 kW. A cordset is not included; the connection must be hardwired by a professional, standard practice for equipment in this power class. The stacking kit and casters come in the box, so the tower assembles at working height and still rolls out for cleaning.
