The Cookline HCVE-16-120 Countertop Electric Convection Oven
The Cookline HCVE-16-120 is a half size electric countertop convection oven that gives cafes, delis, food trucks, and convenience stores real baking capacity from a standard wall outlet. The 1.5 cu. ft. stainless steel chamber holds up to four 1/2 size sheet pans at once on the four included shelves, enough to run cookies, croissants, paninis-to-be, or a tray of roasted vegetables in a single cycle. At 23 inches wide and 46 pounds it claims about as much counter as a microwave, and the 120V plug and play design means it starts working the minute it comes out of the box.
Four Half Size Sheet Pans on a 23 Inch Counter
Half size ovens usually force a choice between capacity and footprint. This one resolves it with a tall 18.5 by 14.5 by 9.75 inch cavity and four rack positions, so batch baking happens in one shot instead of four consecutive singles. That is the difference between a morning pastry case filled before open and a case that fills all morning. The advanced air flow design circulates heat around every shelf for even baking, so the top tray browns at the same pace as the bottom one and nobody rotates pans on a timer.
150 to 500°F with a 120 Minute Timer
The thermostat spans 150°F to 500°F, low enough to hold and proof-adjacent tasks, high enough to crisp and roast. A 120 minute timer clicks in 10 minute increments and pairs with timing and heating indicator lights, so staff can see the oven's state from across the counter. The cool-touch double pane glass door keeps the outside safe near customers and lets the interior light show the bake without opening the door and dropping the cavity temperature.
Stainless Steel Inside and Out on 120V
Body and chamber are both stainless steel, so daily crumbs, cheese drips, and wipe-downs never chew through a painted finish. The 1.6 kW element draws 13.3 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 71 inch cord, an ordinary kitchen receptacle, which makes this the convection oven for locations where a 208 or 240V circuit is not on the table.
